Starting With A Penny is dedicated to assisting our community with immediateneeds, emergency assistance, programs for youth, family’s and individuals who have insufficient resources to meet their basic needs. We also offer support and referrals for the sensitive needs of victims of cancer that has caused hair loss from radiation or alopecia.

COMMUNITY
SWAP works hard to ensure that low income families and individuals will get the very best service in our communities.
YOUTH
SWAP provides programs such as mentoring, tutoring and athletic programs. A safe haven is always present for our youth.
Community Of SENSITIVE NEEDS
SWAP provides assistance/referral to victims of cancer's that causes sensitive issues, such as hair loss from radiation or alopecia.
